Terms of Use for GrL’Ca WordPress Plugins

Welcome to GrL’Ca! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WordPress plugins (“the Plugins”) developed and provided by GrL’Ca (“we,” “us,” “our”), located in Malinska, Croatia. By installing, activating, or using our Plugins, you (“you,” “your,” the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Plugins

Our Plugins are provided to enhance the functionality of your WordPress website. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugins on WordPress sites that you own or manage.

2. Account and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not misuse the Plugins by interfering with their normal operation or attempting to access them through unauthorized means.

3. Intellectual Property

THE PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRL’CA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGINS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRL’CA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGINS.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Plugins immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
